Myeloid sarcomas (MS) are rare extramedullary manifestations of myeloid progenitor cells occurring with or without acute myeloid leukemia. Peritoneal MS is exceptionally uncommon, with no established treatment guidelines, but treatment has historically consisted of cytotoxic chemotherapy.
