<b><br>Introduction:</b> Madelung's disease is a rare condition characterised by the symmetric growth of fatty tumours (lipomas) around the neck, shoulders, upper arms and trunk.</br> <b><br>Case report:</b> We present a description of a male patient with extensive adipose tissue overgrowth around the neck. Once the possibility of malignancy was excluded, the patient's history and clinical and radiological findings led to the diagnosis of Madelung's disease.

This study examines the effect of calcination at 1200 °C on the physicochemical and biological properties of nanoHAP doped with magnesium (Mg), strontium (Sr), and zinc (Zn). A synergistic effect of dual modification on nanoHAP biological properties was investigated.

Increased GPR35 expression in human colorectal and pancreatic cancer samples: A preliminary clinical validation of a new biomarker.

Background: G protein-coupled receptor 35 (GPR35) is involved in carcinogenesis; however, limited experimental data are available on its actual expression in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC).

Objectives: We aimed to measure the relative expression of GPR35 in samples from patients with CRC or PDAC.
