Cow urine is widely utilized for medicinal and agricultural purposes in rural areas of India, with urine from indigenous cow breeds (Bos indicus) believed to offer unique benefits compared to that of exotic (Bos taurus) breeds. This research aimed to profile the metabolites present in the urine of indigenous breeds of cows using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and to explore the potential applications of the identified compounds by referencing the established literature. The various cow breeds included in the study were Gir, Sahiwal, Gangatiri, Hariana, Kankrej, Rathi, Gaolao, and Jersey.

Conventional visual methods of shade selection are inherently subjective, regardless of the availability of dental records or photographs. This study aims to assess the prevalence, satisfaction, and preference of tooth shades in a cross-section of the local Indian population and to evaluate their correlation with age, gender, and skin color in a diverse sample of 120 participants visiting the outpatient department of this Institution.

Opaque Y-ZTP ceramics were divided into four groups based on specific surface treatment: control (C), air abrasion (AA), G-multiprimer (G), and AA + G (AG). Surface characteristics of the treated specimens, roughness and, elemental analysis were done using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and energy dispersive analysis of X-rays (EDAX), respectively.

Introduction: A neglected Monteggia fracture refers to a proximal ulna fracture accompanied by a dislocated radial head that remains untreated for a duration exceeding 4 weeks following the initial injury. We present the case of a complex neglected Monteggia fracture and its unique pre-operative approach for radial head osteotomy using 3D-printed models.
Case Report: An 8-year-old girl presented with a delayed diagnosis of a Monteggia fracture, which had become increasingly complex due to late intervention and prior inadequate management.
The objective of the study is to evaluate the effect of thermal aging of zirconia and BioHPP abutment surfaces on the viability and adhesion of human gingival fibroblasts (HGFs) and multispecies biofilm formation of () and (). The study utilized circular disks of zirconia oxide (ZrO) and BioHPP measuring 8 × 2 mm. The surface roughness was evaluated for both nonaged and aged specimens.
