Three new quinones were isolated from , identified as sennaquinone A (), quinquangulin-6--[α-L-rhamnopyranoside-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] () and rubrofusarin-6--[β-(6'-()-crotonylglucopyranoside] (), and nine other known compounds identified as quinquangulone () rubrofusarin-6--[-L-rhamnopyranoside-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (), norrubrofusarin-6--β--glucopyranoside (cassiaside) (), rubrofusarin-6--β-D-glucopyranoside (), vanillic acid (), protocatechuic acid (), quercetin-3--sambubioside (), resveratrol (), and vomifoliol (). These compounds were determined by HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR analyses and ECD calculation. The cytotoxicity of compounds , , and was first assessed in BV-2 microglial cell line by MTT assay.

Studies on will to live (WtL) in terminally ill patients have demonstrated its variability over time and various factors that influence these changes.
Methods: To objectively investigate the concept of total suffering and WtL; including their fluctuation over time and associations with sociodemographic, clinical, physical, and psychological symptoms in a sample of individuals with life-limiting conditions receiving PC.
Background: Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) are increasingly recognised as valuable tools for personalising care pathways and improving the quality of life for patients with lung cancer. PROMs capture patients' perceptions of symptoms and functional status, while patient-reported experience measures focus on how patients perceive the care process, communication, empathy and accessibility. However, integrating PROMs into clinical practice remains challenging.

The review seeks to synthesize current evidence to provide a foundation for advancing research and practice in this field.
Methods And Results: Using the population, concept, and context (PCC) framework, this review included studies addressing digital dentistry applications for individuals requiring special care due to physical, cognitive, developmental, or medical conditions.
Sleep spindles are neural events unique to nonrapid eye movement sleep that play key roles in memory reactivation and consolidation. However, much of the evidence for their function remains correlational rather than causal. Closed-loop brain stimulation uses real-time monitoring of neural events (often via electroencephalography; EEG) to deliver precise auditory, magnetic, or electrical stimulation for research or therapeutic purposes.
