Early identification of patients at risk for immune effector cell-associated hematotoxicity (ICAHT) is essential to minimize non-relapse mortality. The CAR-HEMATOTOX (HT) score is an implemented risk-stratification tool for ICAHT, infections and survival in relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma (R/R LBCL) patients receiving CAR T-cell therapy (CART). Although validated in its defining study, the HT score was developed in a small cohort, necessitating independent external validation.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate whether socio-demographic, clinical, and intervention-related variables moderate the effects of exercise on depression and anxiety symptoms in cancer survivors.

Methods: Data from 26 RCTs in the POLARIS database were analyzed using a one-step individual participant data (IPD) meta-analytic approach with linear mixed models to assess exercise effects on depression and anxiety symptoms (z-scores). Interaction terms were added to these models to explore moderators.

Purpose Of Review: Follicular lymphoma (FL) and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) are indolent subtypes of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (iNHL) characterized by a relapsing-remitting disease course. A promising novel therapeutic class emerges with T-cell engaging therapies, which include CD19 directed chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy and CD3xCD20 directed bispecific antibodies (BsABs). This review provides a comprehensive evaluation of their efficacy and safety along with logistical considerations in relapsed/refractory (r/r) iNHL.
