Purpose: To clinically evaluate the performance of post-retained restorations, assess patient satisfaction, identify common complaints, and examine variables influencing these outcomes.
Methods: Using modified Ryge criteria, clinicians assessed post-retained restorations performance in 4435 patients. Patient satisfaction was measured using a visual analogue scale (VAS) after recording their complaints.
This study evaluated debris extrusion by Traverse and R-Motion Glider C during glide path preparation. Seventy-five mesial roots of mandibular molars with severely curved mesiobuccal canals were distributed into five groups: Traverse, R-Motion Glider C, HyFlex EDM Glidepath, One G, and R-Pilot. During the glide path preparation, debris extruded beyond the apex were collected.

Methods: Sixty extracted human single rooted teeth were root filled using a resin sealer and suitable gutta-percha cones. Post spaces were prepared, and the teeth randomly allocated into 5 groups according to their irrigation regimens which included the following solutions: 17 % EDTA, 2 % CHX, 3 % NaOCl, 10 % ascorbic acid and QMix solutions.
