Purpose: This study aimed to develop a tailored International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) Core Set for driving rehabilitation in South Korea, addressing the functional needs of individuals with disabilities and the gaps in the current rehabilitation system.

Materials And Methods: An initial item pool was created based on focus group interviews with 13 individuals with disabilities who use assistive driving technologies. This was followed by two Delphi rounds with 12 occupational therapy experts.

Previous studies have provided that self-driving can enhance the mobility of people with disabilities and their quality of life. The National Rehabilitation Center has been providing driving rehabilitation education for people with disabilities since 1994, as part of a welfare service project aimed at guaranteeing their right to free movement. However, there is no analysis of the status and results of driving rehabilitation education and evaluations in South Korea, and research on these programs is lacking.

Objectives: This study is aimed at developing multidimensional leisure participation assessment tool for the elderly to achieve quantitative and qualitative assessment of leisure participation and leisure exploration.

Methods: This study collected preliminary items through literature review, statistical office data, and survey of the elderly's leisure activities and considered the list of leisure activities as assessment items by conducting a Delphi survey. Reliability was verified through internal consistency and test-retest reliability.

An organophosphate pesticide terbufos (S-t-butylthiomethyl-O,O-diethyl phosphorodithioate; TBF) has been extensively used as an insecticide. A sexual dimorphism in TBF toxicity was not reported and remains unclear.
