Objective: To assess long-term surgical outcomes for patients with neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome (NTOS) and preoperative electrodiagnosis of brachial plexopathy (BPx).

Background: BPx can accompany a diagnosis of NTOS and is a clear indication for surgery, but its impact on treatment outcomes is undefined.

Methods: A retrospective cohort analysis was conducted for patients undergoing supraclavicular decompression for NTOS from January 2020 to July 2023.

In a pilot first-in-human study, we aimed to evaluate the feasibility of Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) imaging of C-C chemokine receptor type 2 (CCR2) to aid in the diagnosis of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) instability. Risk stratification of AAAs is an unmet clinical need. Patients often remain asymptomatic until they acutely rupture.

Background: To evaluate the outcomes of patients undergoing placement of balloon-expandable iCAST bridging stents during fenestrated endovascular aortic aneurysm repair (FEVAR) with Zenith Fenestrated Endografts (ZFENs) and to identify preoperative and perioperative risk factors for stent-related complications.

Methods: Between 2012 and 2020, 207 patients underwent FEVAR using unmodified ZFEN with bridging iCAST-covered stents to visceral target vessels. We collected patient demographics and operative variables from the index repair.

Conventional management of thoracic aortic arch aneurysm and dissection with aneurysmal degeneration remains open surgical repair. However, multiple branched and fenestrated endograft systems offer promise for hybrid or total endovascular treatment of aortic arch pathology. Two zone 0 solutions involving an aortic arch with innominate branch and ascending aorta components are contemporarily in trial: the Gore thoracic branch endoprosthesis and ascending stent graft in the ARISE II Trial (W.
