Objectives: To investigate gender differences in seeking and receiving healthcare following mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI).
Setting: Participants were recruited from 6 emergency departments and 2 urgent care facilities in the Greater Vancouver Area, Canada.
Participants: 254 adults (56% women, 2% gender-diverse; aged 18-69 years) who presented to emergency department/urgent care within 72 hours after mTBI and were randomized to usual care in the parent study.
Background And Objectives: Cervical cancer global burden is highly skewed towards poor countries primarily due to lack of awareness, poor screening, and low uptake of prophylactic vaccines. The purpose of our study is to educate and raise awareness among young girls and women about the importance of cervical screening and HPV vaccination.
Materials And Methods: The present study, conducted from January 2023 to December 2023, focused on students, teachers, housewives, and healthcare professionals in the Jammu region to assess their awareness of cervical cancer and the HPV vaccine.

β-oxidation of fatty acids is an important metabolic pathway and is a shared function between mitochondria and peroxisomes in mammalian cells. On the other hand, peroxisomes are the sole site for the degradation of fatty acids in yeast. The first reaction of this pathway is catalyzed by the enzyme acyl CoA oxidase housed in the matrix of peroxisomes.

We show high-resolution LTEM images of nano-size magnetic features acquired through spherical aberration correction in Lorentz Fresnel mode. Phase reconstructions and LTEM image simulations are carried out to fully understand the magnetic microstructure.
