Background: L-asparaginase is an essential chemotherapeutic agent for treating pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), but its use is commonly linked to severe complications, including pancreatitis. Pancreatic pseudocysts and panniculitis are a rare complication of L-asparaginase-induced pancreatitis.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a 20-month-old girl diagnosed with pre-B ALL who developed pancreatitis, complicated by pseudocyst formation and panniculitis, following L-asparaginase therapy.

Objective: Neutropenic enterocolitis is characterized by inflammation of the cecum and distal ileum. The clinical triad consists of fever, abdominal pain, neutropenia, and imaging findings of colonic inflammation. Targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) is a reliable method used to identify recurrently mutated genes of pediatric AML and associated prognosis.
Methods: In this study, we retrospectively evaluated the prognostic, and therapeutic utility of a targeted NGS panel covering twenty-five genes, in 21 children with de novo and 8 with relapsed or secondary AML.

Introduction: Port catheters facilitate the administration of chemotherapy, antibiotics, blood products, fluid, and parenteral nutrition to pediatric patients with hematological malignancies. However, as its use has become widespread, local and systemic, catheter-related infections have emerged as important causes of morbidity and mortality.
