Alzheimers Dement

Introduction: Diagnosis of young-onset dementia (YOD) is often delayed due to atypical presentations and lack of awareness. This study explored diagnostic experiences in Australia.
Methods: This Joint Solutions sub-study employed a mixed-methods approach.
Coherent quantum transition spectroscopy is a powerful tool in metrology, quantum information processing, magnetometry and precision tests of the standard model. It was applied with great success in proton and deuteron magnetic moment measurements, which culminated in maser spectroscopy with sub-parts-per-trillion resolution and many other experiments at the forefront of physics. All of these experiments were performed on macroscopic ensembles of particles, whereas the coherent spectroscopy of a 'free' single nuclear spin has, to our knowledge, never been reported before.

There are currently no approved therapies or vaccines for POWV infection. Here, we develop a POW virus-like particle (POW-VLP) based vaccine adjuvanted with the novel synthetic Toll-like receptor 7/8 agonist INI-4001.

Introduction: Young-onset dementia (YOD) is a dementia where symptom onset occurs at less than 65 years of age. There has been increased recognition of YOD with improved diagnostic assessments and the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The Joint Solutions project aimed to evaluate the gaps and barriers along the pathway of care in Australia from a range of stakeholder perspectives to investigate access to services from those who have YOD and those who provide care for them.

Developing new therapeutic targets and biomarkers is key to improving the diagnosis, treatment, and management. This scoping review examines the current literature on the preclinical and clinical applications of dietary interventions that target the neurolipidome in epilepsy.
