To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of fuzuloparib for the treatment of ovarian epithelial cancer patients in the real world setting. A retrospective analysis was conducted on the baseline data of 4 620 ovarian cancer patients who had received fuzuloparib monotherapy or combination therapy. Another 224 ovarian cancer patients who were willing to receive fuzuloparib monotherapy or combination therapy were prospectively enrolled, and their baseline characteristics, drug effectiveness, and safety data were analyzed.

Hierarchical time series data comprises a collection of time series aggregated at multiple levels based on categorical, geographical, or physical constraints, the analysis of which aids analysts across various domains like retail, finance, and energy, in gaining valuable insights and making informed decisions. However, existing interactive exploratory analysis approaches for hierarchical time series data fall short in analyzing time series across different aggregation levels and supporting more complex analytical tasks beyond common ones like summarize and compare. These limitations motivate us to develop a new visual analytics approach.

Although previous studies have primarily focused on carbon emissions from road transportation, research specifically examining the southeast coastal urban agglomerations in China, particularly Fujian Province, is lacking. Thus, this study selected Fujian Province as the research object and revealed the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of carbon emissions in the urban agglomeration of Fujian Province based on the standard deviation ellipse (SDE).

Background: Sarcoidosis is a systemic inflammatory disease, primarily affecting the lungs, with a prognosis that varies widely among patients. While some patients recover spontaneously after diagnosis, others experience disease progression. Currently, the metabolomic profile associated with pulmonary sarcoidosis and its different clinical outcomes remains poorly understood.

Although anisodamine hydrobromide (Ani HBr) reduced 28-day mortality in our prior trial, its mechanisms remained unclear. Here, we integrated network pharmacology, machine learning, immunological profiling, molecular simulations, and single-cell transcriptomics to elucidate Ani HBr's multi-target actions.
