CORRELATION OF FETAL MEASUREMENTS WITH GESTATIONAL AGE IN 144 ABORTED FETUSES: A CROSS-SECTIONAL HOSPITAL-BASED OBSERVATIONAL STUDY.

Background: Determination of correct gestational age is fundamental to obstetric care and is important during an autopsy as well as for clinical assessment of the growth of the fetus. Various fetal parameters like fetal anthropometry are used for the calculation of Gestational Age (The present study aimed to study the correlation between fetal anthropometric measurements like Crown-Rump length, Femur length, Head Circumference (HC), Bi-Parietal diameter (BPD) and Abdominal Circumference (AC) and Gestational age to derive regression equations for the same.

Methods: This cross-sectional hospital-based observational study was conducted at Alkharama Hospital, Baghdad; TS involved 144 aborted fetuses without congenital anomalies, aged between 12 to 40 weeks of gestational age.

Prevalence and Associated Factors of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease After Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy.

Objectives To determine the prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) and associated factors. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted in different regions around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia between 2022 and 2023. The questionnaire was distributed among patients who underwent LSG at different periods, ranging from six months to more than two years.

Building an Effective Classifier for Phishing Web Pages Detection: A Quantum-Inspired Biomimetic Paradigm Suitable for Big Data Analytics of Cyber Attacks.

To combat malicious domains, which serve as a key platform for a wide range of attacks, domain name service (DNS) data provide rich traces of Internet activities and are a powerful resource. This paper presents new research that proposes a model for finding malicious domains by passively analyzing DNS data. The proposed model builds a real-time, accurate, middleweight, and fast classifier by combining a genetic algorithm for selecting DNS data features with a two-step quantum ant colony optimization (QABC) algorithm for classification.

Handling of Polyvinylsiloxane Versus Polyether for Implant Impressions.

Purpose: This study compared polyvinylsiloxane with polyether in handling dental impressions.

Materials And Methods: Each participant (N = 39) made four impressions, each a combination of pickup and reseating techniques with polyether or polyvinylsiloxane, of one implant cast representing a specific clinical situation (tooth gaps, limited residual dentition, or edentulous jaw). Handling of impressions was subsequently rated by using a 12-item questionnaire with 100-mm visual analog scales.

Masking ability of bi- and tri- laminate all-ceramic veneers on tooth-colored ceramic discs.

Statement: A predictable esthetic outcome is imperative when placing ceramic veneers. Discolored teeth pose a major challenge as sufficient material thickness is required to achieve a good esthetic result. There is limited evidence in the literature that compares the masking ability of multi-laminate veneers.
