Quantitative determination of d-psicose based on flexible copper film materials and electrochemical scanning methods.

In this paper, a three-electrode electrochemical detection system was designed. Platinum electrode was used as the counter electrode, saturated KCl electrode as reference electrode, and copper film material as working electrode, respectively. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry (i-t) methods were used for d-psicose scanning.
