Experimental and Numerical Investigations on the Seismic Performance of High-Strength Exterior Beam-Column Joints with Steel Fibers.

Steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete (SFRHSC) is a composite material composed of cement, coarse aggregate, and randomly distributed short steel fibers. The excellent tensile strength of steel fiber can significantly improve the crack resistance and ductility of high-strength concrete (HSC). In this study, experimental and numerical investigations were performed to study the cyclic behavior of the HSC beam-column joint.
