Ischemia-reperfusion (IR) injury, a process involving the disruption and subsequent restoration of blood flow, is a significant contributing factor to both cardiovascular diseases and broader tissue damage. Carnosine, a natural dipeptide notably abundant in muscle tissue and recognized for its antioxidant attributes, may offer protective benefits against the deleterious effects of IR injury. A total of 24 rats were randomly allocated into four distinct groups: control, carnosine control, IR, and Carnosine + IR.

Objective: The prognostic significance of paraproteinemia in marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) is underexplored. We aimed to investigate the clinical and biological impact of paraproteinemia and its association with survival outcomes in patients with MZL.
Materials And Methods: We retrospectively evaluated 73 patients diagnosed with MZL between 2000 and 2022 at a single center.

Effective identification of oncogenic mutations is essential for diagnosis, forecasting resistance, and metastasis in remission. It is required for an optimal drug regimen. We develop a framework to discover mutations that co-exist in different oncoproteins, and those that are excluded, likely encoding oncogene-induced senescence.
