Achieving precise control over covalent bond formation and cleavage is critical for advancing material recycling and enabling repeated reuse. Here, we introduce quinolinones as versatile, multistimuli-responsive motifs enabling orthogonal and controlled covalent bond manipulation via a reversible [2π + 2π] cycloaddition triggered by light and thermal stimuli. While photochemical bond formation is well-established, thermal reversion of such bonds for material deconstruction remains underexplored.

Unlabelled: Surface performance is critically influenced by topography in virtually all real-world applications. The current standard practice is to describe topography using one of a few industry-standard parameters. The most commonly reported number is a, the average absolute deviation of the height from the mean line (at some, not necessarily known or specified, lateral length scale).

GLI1-altered tumors of the gynecologic tract are extremely rare. We report 3 cases of ovarian PTCH1::GLI1 fusion tumor in patients ranging from 54 to 58 yrs of age, who presented with unilateral FIGO stage I tumors. The tumors ranged from 12 to 20 cm and consisted of uniform epithelioid cells with eosinophilic/clear cytoplasm, arranged in nests and trabeculae surrounded by delicate vessels.
