Background: Fatigue is one of the most common and disturbing symptoms patients face throughout the cancer care continuum, and it is sub optimally addressed in routine care. Developing effective and scalable tools for symptom management is a central unmet need for achieving comprehensive and patient-centric cancer care delivery. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of three digital aid modalities for cancer related fatigue (CRF) focusing on patient empowerment and self-management.

Patients with B-cell lymphoma treated with CD19 CAR T cells exhibited profound intestinal dysbiosis, exacerbated after CAR T-cell infusion. This dysbiosis was characterized by low bacterial richness, low soluble MAdCAM-1, and loss of Akkermansia species, associated with resistance to therapy.

Objective: The objective was to study the safety and efficacy of ADCs used in early phase clinical trials in patients aged ≥ 65 years compared with younger patients.
Patients And Methods: All patients enrolled in early phase clinical trials (phase I or II) of ADCs for solid tumors in our institution between November 2014 and May 2023 were included in this retrospective monocentric study.
Background: The incidence of cancer among patients aged over 90 is increasing, but this population is poorly described in literature. This underrepresentation complicates decision-making for cancer treatments, despite the contribution of comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA). This study aimed to describe early failure of specific anti-cancer treatments in a population of nonagenarians treated in a Comprehensive Cancer Center after undergoing a CGA.

While the VEN label recommends continuous 28-day cycles, shortened VEN durations may induce similar response rates and improve tolerability. It is unknown how a VEN exposure reduced to 7 days during cycles compares to standard HMA + VEN.

PPM1D mutations have been shown to expand under the selective pressure of DNA-damaging chemotherapy. However, whether PPM1D mutations promote the development of hematologic malignancies remains unclear.

We conducted a national retrospective study of MH diagnosed in France between 2000 and 2023. All cases underwent centralized histological review, and several malignant tumors with a stroma highly enriched in histiocytes were excluded.

Introduction: In the past, certain oncological therapies were not offered to frail older patients. However, the advancement of geriatric oncology, tailored chemotherapy regimens, the introduction of new treatments, and the optimization of supportive care have contributed to enhancing the therapeutic margin. We aimed to evaluate the benefit of systemic treatment among older adults by assessing the three-month survival of older frail patients with metastatic cancer.

Single-cell analysis of clonal architecture demonstrates early clonal dominance with few residual WT hematopoietic stem cells. Circulating myeloid cells of the leukemic clone and the cytokines they produce generate a deleterious inflammatory climate.

While it has long been recognized as an important cancer care delivery component, a high proportion of patients face unaddressed SC needs, calling for innovative approaches to deliver SC.
Objective: The objective of this master protocol is to evaluate the implementation of different integrated proactive SC pathways across the cancer care continuum in our institution (Gustave Roussy, Villejuif, France).
Purpose: With liquid biopsy's widespread adoption in oncology, an increased number of clonal hematopoiesis-associated mutations (CHm) have been identified in patients with solid tumors. However, its impact on patient outcomes remains unclear. This study aimed to analyze and describe CHm in a cohort of phase I patients.

Objective: To assess the activity of Lu-PSMA and determinants of outcomes after cabazitaxel in mCRPC.
Design, Setting, And Participants: A retrospective analysis was conducted of consecutive mCRPC patients from eight European centers treated with Lu-PSMA after cabazitaxel.
Introduction: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, France was under lockdown for the first time from March 17 to May 10, 2020.
Purpose Of The Research: The aim of this work is to study the impact of lockdown on outpatients’ visits to the hospital pharmacy to collect chronic medication, in order to highlight the pharmaceutical classes concerned and to assess whether a decrease in medication adherence could be observed.
Method: Retrospectively, using hospital dispensing traceability software, the dispensing of drugs during the eight weeks of lockdown was compared with that during the two eight-week periods before and after lockdown.
Mechanical thrombectomy has revolutionized the management of stroke by improving the recanalization rates and reducing deleterious consequences. It is now the standard of care despite the high financial cost. A considerable number of studies have evaluated its cost effectiveness.

To increase patient empowerment and maximize the uptake of multidisciplinary supportive care strategies to serve all survivorship needs, we implemented a proactive survivorship care pathway for patients with early breast cancer at the end of primary treatment phase.
Methods: Pathway components included (1) a personalized survivorship care plan (SCP), (2) face-to-face survivorship education seminars and personalized consultation for supportive care referrals (Transition Day), (3) a mobile app delivering personalized education and self-management advice, and (4) decision aids for physicians focused on supportive care needs.

Objective: This study aimed at evaluating the impact of COVID-19 on emergency department (ED) visits in a tertiary cancer centre and providing information on the features of the unplanned events during the first wave of COVID-19 pandemic.
Methods: This retrospective observational study based on data from ED reports was divided into three periods of 2 months each around the first lockdown announcement of 17 March 2020: pre-lockdown, lockdown and post-lockdown.
Results: A total of 903 ED visits were included in the analyses.

Purpose: Patients enrolled in oncology phase 1 trials (ph1) usually have advanced heavily pre-treated cancers with few therapeutic options. Quality of life (QoL) is one of the key cancer-treatment outcome measures, especially in ph1, and sexuality is an important part of Qol but rarely explored. This prospective study aims to assess supportive care needs, QoL and sexuality in ph1.

Background: Interventional radiology plays a major role in oncology both for curative and palliative treatment, but few reports address post-procedural pain. The purpose of this study was to quantify postoperative pain after interventional radiology procedures in oncology and to identify major pain-associated pre and intraoperative factors. Methods: From 2015 to 2019, all patients treated with interventional radiology were included retrospectively in a cohort study.

Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the association between healthcare costs and PIP exposure among older patients.
Methods: Analyses were conducted using data from the Multidomain Alzheimer Preventive Trial (MAPT).
