Objectives: to report nurse-midwives' autonomy in implementing Hospital Admission Authorization in Birth Centers.
Methods: this is a case study in an intra-hospital Birth Centers in Ceará, Brazil, of events that occurred between 2018 and 2023. The organization of the description followed the stages of thematic analysis according to Nowell.
Objectives: to discuss the interrelationship between climate change, gender, women's health and the Sustainable Development Goals.
Methods: a reflective article.
Results: emphasis is placed on the relationship between women and climate, permeating the discussion of gender, as women stand out in the climate struggle for their roles as promoters, executors, creators and managers in numerous social contexts, whether they occupy them of their own free will or are forced to assume them due to external factors.
Background: The concept of the right to health includes decent conditions of work, housing, and leisure. It can be assessed through the evaluation of access to health services and programs. The creation of the Brazilian Unified Health System expanded access to healthcare for the entire Brazilian population.

Methods: This descriptive, theoretical and reflexive report was developed by nurses between March 20th and May 25th 2020 at Emergency Care Services in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. Health communication served as the theoretical background for this research.
Objective: To report the experience of collaborative practices facing the COVID-19 pandemic.
Methods: This is a report about the experience of collaborative practices conducted by health care teams in emergency service in the Emergency Care Units facing of COVID-19 pandemic in the city of Fortaleza, State of Ceará, in the first semester of 2020.
Results: Collaborative actions, cooperation and effective communication among nursing and medical team contribute to the management of mild and complex cases of COVID-19, as well as qualify them in suitable and necessary care and confrontation measures.

Pregnant women were chosen as priority because of their resistance to perform dental consultation and small family participation in prenatal care. It was built up a play for the pregnant women and their families, focusing on the theme, in which the adolescents were the writers, set designers and actors.

Articles between 2000 and 2009 were located in the Medline, PubMed, SciELO, and Lilacs databases using the key search words: doulas, gestation, labor, and alternative therapy. Seven articles were selected for the study and four categories were created: the support provided by doulas; the birth mother's experiences; professional relationship: and opinions and experiences of professionals.
