Inverted papilloma (IP) is a benign neoplasm of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, known for its variable risk of recurrence and potential for developing carcinoma. Emerging evidence has shown high rates of activating EGFR mutation, and a smaller subset is associated with low-risk human papillomavirus (lrHPV). While certain morphologic features, including an inverted growth pattern, are well-established, the presence of condylomatous features, such as large fungating lesions with thick undulating surface epithelium, hyperkeratosis, cytoplasmic clearing, raisinoid nuclei, and binucleation (koilocytic changes) in low-risk HPV-associated IP suggests that these tumors may be a distinct subtype of sinonasal papilloma (SP) with features similar to low-risk HPV-associated anogenital condylomas.

Epstein-Barr Virus Driven Hodgkin's Lymphoma after a Short Course of Daratumumab Treatment for Relapsed Multiple Myeloma.

In this case, we describe the potential risk of developing an infectious complication leading to a secondary malignancy after a short course of immunotherapy. We report a patient who presented with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) driven Hodgkin's lymphoma after treatment with a short course of daratumumab along with pomalidomide and dexamethasone for relapsed multiple myeloma. Although there have been limited documented cases of daratumumab treatment leading to EBV reactivation, in patients presenting with infectious symptoms or neutropenia on a daratumumab-based regimen, testing for EBV should not be overlooked.

The TNM staging system is used globally and is a critical component of colorectal carcinoma pathology reporting. However, our experience informs us that there are significant variations in the assignment of the TNM stage, both between pathologists and between hospital centers.

A Narrative Review on the Monkeypox Virus: An Ongoing Global Outbreak Hitting the Non-Endemic Countries.

Monkeypox is a rare zoonotic DNA with lineage from the Poxviridae family, Chordopoxvirinae subfamily, and Orthopoxvirus genus. With a previous history of controlled and contained occasional outbreaks of the virus, currently, a widely erupted outbreak of monkeypox with progressively rising numbers has been reported since May 2022 in multiple countries of the western hemisphere that are not historically endemic for this infection, particularly the United Kingdom and European Union countries. We have written a comprehensive review article to help clinicians better understand the disease.

Background: The histopathology and CD15 expression in large for gestational age (LGA) placentas is not well-documented.

Methods: To analyze this, we utilized 2 separate cohorts of placentas from singleton term deliveries. LGA and appropriate for gestational age (AGA) placentas were compared for major histopathologies including acute and chronic inflammation, maternal and fetal vascular malperfusion, delayed villous maturation (DVM), and villous hypervascularity/chorangiosis.
