Apart from Ki67 index, no prognostic or predictive biomarker has been validated in advanced ACC, so far. We aimed at analyzing expression of a large panel of proteins involved in known altered pathways in ACC (cell cycle, Wnt/ß-catenin, methylation) to identify and prioritize potential prognostic or predictive parameters metastatic ACC population.
