Schizophrenia seems to have a complex association with various types of cancer, exerting a protective effect against some cancers while being a risk factor against some others. Therefore, we intended to conduct an updated systematic review and meta-analysis in order to examine the relationship between schizophrenia and the risk of breast cancer incidence. Cystic echinococcosis (CE) is a zoonotic disease caused by , with a high prevalence in Iran, particularly in Mazandaran province. This case report presents a 24-year-old male with pneumothorax resulting from ruptured pulmonary hydatid cysts with bronchial fistulization. The patient presented with persisted dyspnea, productive cough, fever, and mild right thoracoabdominal pleuritic pain, alongside a history of occupational exposure as a sheep keeper.

"Death Coffee" is an incredibly potent brew with caffeine content three times higher than conventional coffees, making it the strongest coffee in the world. Caffeine, a relatively safe psychostimulant substance consumed as dietary products or daily drinks, enhances physical and mental performance. According to long-lasting safe experiences of daily coffee consumption, caffeine intoxication with a cup of coffee is hardly believable in Iran.
