In today's data-driven digital culture, there is a critical demand for optimized solutions that essentially reduce operating expenses while attempting to increase productivity. The amount of memory and processing time that can be used to process enormous volumes of data are subject to a number of limitations. This would undoubtedly be more of a problem if a dataset contained redundant and uninteresting information.

A total of 16 genes of were identified in our previous work, but their functions remain unclear. In this study, 13 members were knocked out using the CRISPR/cas9 gene-editing technology. After screening phenotype characterization of CRISPR/Cas9 mutants compared to WT, five mutants exhibited a stay-green phenotype at 30 days after heading.

It is already known that there are many factors responsible for the successful formation of a graft union. However, the role of light has been little studied. In an anatomical study, Scanning Electronic Microscope (SEM) was used to explore the effects of different light-emitting diodes (LEDs) on graft union formation in grafted tomato.

Leaf senescence, as an integral part of the final development stage for plants, primarily remobilizes nutrients from the sources to the sinks in response to different stressors. The premature senescence of leaves is a critical challenge that causes significant economic losses in terms of crop yields. Although low light causes losses of up to 50% and affects rice yield and quality, its regulatory mechanisms remain poorly elucidated.
