Introduction: Oral Semaglutide (Sema-o) is the first oral glucagon like peptide-1 receptor analogue (GLP-1RA) commercially available for the treatment of type 2 diabetes (T2D). This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Sema-o in patients with T2D when added to the existing therapy.
Methods: This retrospective real-world study enrolled adult patients with diabetes taking Sema-o, with at least one follow-up (from February 2022 till October 2023).
The transcriptional regulation of gene expression in the latter stages of follicular development in laying hen ovarian follicles is not well understood. Although differentially expressed genes (DEGs) have been identified in pre-recruitment and pre-ovulatory stages, the master regulators driving these DEGs remain unknown. We find that for a quench into the liquid-gas coexistence region and in the ordered liquid region, the characteristic length scale of both the density and magnetization domains follows the Lifshitz-Cahn-Allen growth law, R(t)∼t^{1/2}, consistent with the growth law of passive systems with scalar order parameter and nonconserved dynamics. The system morphology is analyzed with the two-point correlation function and its Fourier transform, the structure factor, which conforms to the well-known Porod's law, a manifestation of the coarsening of compact domains with smooth boundaries.

Methods: This is an analysis of 11 clinical, hormonal, and post-operative parameters that each favored remission in a cohort of 145 patients with CD treated by trans-sphenoidal surgery (TSS). The conventional management of hypoparathyroidism in children involves the use of calcium and vitamin D analogs.
