Introduction: Spontaneous femur neck fracture is rare, especially when they occur bilaterally. Renal osteodystrophy is among the causes of these fractures that should be kept in mind. We report a case of a young female who presented with bilateral hip pain and was found to have bilateral femur neck fracture due to renal osteodystrophy.
