Acne vulgaris is a prevalent dermatological condition, yet clear, region-specific management guidelines, particularly for India's diverse population, remain limited. Effective acne management extends beyond pharmacologic therapy, emphasizing proper skincare, patient education, and adherence strategies. This consensus aims to provide tailored, evidence-based recommendations for optimizing acne treatment in the Indian context.

In this study, we have evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of emodin as an anti-lymphoma drug in vivo in the Swiss Albino mice induced with Dalton Ascitic lymphoma (DAL). The Swiss Albino mice were induced with lymphoma by injecting the DAL cells intraperitonially and treated with the emodin or a standard drug methotrexate or a vehicle.

However, the immunogenicity of AAV vectors, particularly the activation of AAV capsid-specific CD8 T cells, significantly impacts therapeutic efficacy and safety. Capsid-specific T cell responses are currently monitored in the clinic using overlapping peptides, which do not represent the naturally presented capsid immunopeptidome.

Despite advancements in imaging technology, accurately tracking cells remains challenging, particularly in complex and crowded tissues where cell segmentation is often ambiguous. We present Ultrack, a versatile and scalable cell tracking method that tackles this challenge by considering candidate segmentations derived from multiple algorithms and parameter sets.

This vasculopathy spans the spectrum from mild vascular dysfunction to pulmonary hypertension, which on rare occasions can be severe. Given the worldwide prevalence of COPD, it is conceivable that the morbidity and mortality associated with pulmonary vascular dysfunction have been vastly underappreciated, especially in countries and regions where the infrastructure and resources to define the magnitude of the problem are often limited.
