We aimed to explore the underlying mechanism behind the cisplatin (DDP) resistance of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells to identify novel potential therapeutic targets to overcome chemoresistance. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and Western blot assay were applied to analyze RNA and protein expression, respectively. Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK8) assay was conducted to analyze the DDP resistance of NSCLC cells.
