Background And Objectives: The endoscopic endonasal approach (EEA) has become a key surgical method for managing midline skull base lesions, offering minimally invasive access with reduced morbidity. One of the most significant complications following EEA is cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage, especially in high-flow cases. Based on over two decades of institutional experience with 6,221 EEA procedures, this study aims to categorize and evaluate standardized reconstruction strategies based on intraoperative CSF flow rates in order to optimize outcomes and reduce postoperative complications.

They can spread to the middle cranial fossa, posterior fossa, and extracranially (pterygopalatine fossa (PPF), infratemporal fossa, orbita). Among these, extracranial involvement is the least frequent.

Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, a retrospective analysis of 156 OP-treatment-naïve geriatric outpatients who received their first ZA treatment was conducted. Bone mineral density (BMD) and T-scores in the lumbar, femoral neck and total femur regions were assessed using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry and patients' fall history was assessed.
With the vast advances in computing technology, computational (or in silico) modelling has emerged as a transformative tool in dermatology. These findings can provide novel insights into complex biological processes and aid in the development of innovative therapeutic and regenerative strategies for the skin. Modelling combines experimental data and knowledge across multiple disciplines, serving as a common framework to elucidate the workings of the skin.

Methods: This prospective longitudinal observational study included 78 eyes of 39 patients with sellar tumors and 78 eyes of 39 age- and gender-matched healthy controls. Standard automated perimetry and OCT-A were performed preoperatively and at 3- and 12-month follow-ups.
