While the effects of new solid electrolytes and active materials in cathode composites for solid-state batteries are being intensively researched, little is known about the influence of mechanical processing on the properties of these composites. Here, the influence of mechanical process parameters on the production of LiPSCl and LiNiCoMnO composite cathodes applying a planetary ball milling process is systematically investigated. It is shown that the milling process has a significant influence on the microstructure of the composite by affecting the solid electrolyte particle size and the formation of electrolyte-active material aggregates.

Background: Anti-tachycardia pacing (ATP) delivered from implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs) provides critically timed pacing pulses to terminate ventricular tachycardia (VT). Physiological pacing through left bundle branch area (LBBA) pacing has emerged as a clinically relevant alternative to induce synchronous activation of the ventricles. The discovery of immune checkpoints and the rapid growth of immuno-oncology (IO) have sparked efforts to utilize the immune system to treat a wide range of cancer types/subtypes. While the major focus of IO over the past decades has been to manipulate the adaptive immune system, recent attention has been given to manipulating the innate immune system to treat cancer and/or to enhance adaptive responses. Background: Breast cancer (BC) survivors receiving adjuvant treatments often report clinically relevant cancer-related cognitive complaints (CRCC), which have a significant impact on quality of life. We aimed to develop a comprehensive model of prediction of CRCC, including clinical and serum inflammatory protein data.
Methods: We included 9575 stage I-III BC patients from the CANTO cohort (NCT01993498).
Background And Aims: The submucosa is the most responsive bowel wall layer on intestinal ultrasound (IUS) when assessing treatment response in ulcerative colitis (UC). Submucosal thickening with hyper-echogenicity is observed. This study aimed to quantify echogenicity and understand transmural changes in UC.
