Background: Reproductive-age women with intrauterine adhesions (IUAs) following uterine surgery may be asymptomatic or may experience light or absent menstruation, infertility, preterm delivery, and/or peripartum hemorrhage. Understanding procedure- and technique-specific risks and the available evidence on the impact of surgical adjuvants is essential to the design of future research.
Objective And Rationale: While many systematic reviews have been published, most deal with singular aspects of the problem.

Positron Emission Tomography-Computed Tomography (PET-CT) evolution is critical for liver lesion diagnosis. However, data scarcity, privacy concerns, and cross-institutional imaging heterogeneity impede accurate deep learning model deployment. We propose a Federated Transfer Learning (FTL) framework that integrates federated learning's privacy-preserving collaboration with transfer learning's pre-trained model adaptation, enhancing liver lesion segmentation in PET-CT imaging.

Fourteen novel cinnamaldehyde-chalcone analogues (5a-5n) were synthesized and evaluated for anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal activities. Among these, bromoethane chalcone 5n exhibited significant cytotoxicity against DU145 (IC50: 8.

However, radioresistance remains a significant challenge, often driven by epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). EMT increases cancer invasiveness and metastasis by upregulating mesenchymal markers, including vimentin and N-cadherin, and downregulating epithelial markers, such as E-cadherin.
