The Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is a major global health problem, with increased risk among socioeconomically disadvantaged populations. We propose SIDS, or a subset, is due to a defect in the brainstem serotonin system mediating cardiorespiratory integration and arousal. Industrial decarbonization refers to the removal or reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, process emissions, or embodied carbon from industry. Building from our experiences working with communities contemplating industrial decarbonization projects, we argue that community-based research can move nebulous calls for "community engagement" to processes that emphasize just and equitable governance. Objective: In open cranial procedures, intraoperative brain shift can degrade the accuracy of surgical navigation on the basis of preoperative MR (pMR) images as soon as the cortical surface is exposed. The aim of this study was to develop a fully automated image updating system to address brain shift at the start of open cranial surgery and to evaluate its accuracy and efficiency.

Methods: This study included patients undergoing open cranial procedures at a single center.

Four bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) are approved for the treatment of relapsed refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), but their use is associated with infection risks, requiring mitigation strategies. This single-center retrospective study evaluated the incidence, etiology, and risk factors for infections in 158 RRMM patients treated with BsAbs. A total of 101 patients received BCMAxCD3 BsAbs (teclistamab and elranatamab), and 57 GPRC5DxCD3 BsAb (talquetamab).
