[Anatomical and functional outcomes of full-thickness macular hole treatment using the optimized method of autologous retinal transplantation (preliminary report)].

The introduction of autologous neurosensory retinal transplantation (ANRT) into vitreoretinal surgery has significantly improved the success rates of closure of refractory full-thickness macular holes (FTMH). In recent years, the technique has gained wide acceptance and its indications have expanded; however, certain aspects remain debatable - particularly the optimal graft size to ensure the best anatomical and functional outcomes. To address this issue, the study proposes a surgical technique for treating FTMH using ANRT that involves precise marking of the neurosensory retinal graft.

Highly Efficient, Spatially Pure Circularly Polarized Luminescence from Bilayer Self-Assembled Colloidal Quantum Wells and Soft Helical Superstructures.

Circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) is important for multiple photonic technologies. It can be achieved with high asymmetry factors (g) by combining quantum emitters (QEs) with one-dimensional helical superstructures (1D-HS). However, existing 1D-HS systems face challenges of maintaining polarization purity across viewing angles, primary due to the mismatch between QE emission profiles and the photonic bandgap of 1D-HS across off-normal directions.

EigenCWD: a spatially varying deconvolution algorithm for single metalens imaging.

The miniaturization of optics through the use of two-dimensional metalenses has enabled novel applications in imaging. To date, single-lens imaging remains the most common configuration, partly due to the limited focusing efficiency of metalenses. This results in limitations when it comes to wavefront manipulation and, thus, unavoidable aberrations in the formed image that require computational deconvolution to deblur the image.

[Results of a 5-year project for the early diagnosis of multiple sclerosis in first-line blood relatives (RADIRS program)].

Objective: A nationwide examination of blood relatives of MS patients using free brain MRI for possible detection of RIS and subsequent early diagnosis of MS.

Material And Methods: In more than 60 regions of the country, relatives of the first degree of kinship (children and siblings) aged 18-50 years of patients with an undisputed diagnosis of MS according to the McDonald criteria in 2017 who were receiving DMTs were called for a free MRI scan of the brain. When focal changes were detected, additional analysis was performed to exclude non-specific vascular changes, migraines, and follow-up was performed for everyone.

Search for Quasiparticle Scattering in the Quark-Gluon Plasma with Jet Splittings in pp and Pb-Pb Collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV.

The ALICE Collaboration reports measurements of the large relative transverse momentum (k_{T}) component of jet substructure in pp and Pb-Pb collisions at center-of-mass energy per nucleon pair sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02  TeV. Enhancement in the yield of such large-k_{T} emissions in head-on Pb-Pb collisions is predicted to arise from partonic scattering with quasiparticles of the quark-gluon plasma.
